摘要
目的探讨外剥内扎术(MMH)联合自动弹力线痔套扎术(RPH)治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法选择2015年4月至2017年4月本院收治的90例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。观察组行MMH联合RPH术,对照组行PPH术。比较两组手术疗效、手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组手术总有效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组术中出血量、术后住院时间及创面愈合时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的24.44%(P <0.05)。结论应用MMH联合RPH术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔可获得与PPH相近的临床疗效,且前者术中损伤和术后并发症更少,对患者术后恢复更有利。
Objectives To investigate the clinical effectiveness of Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH)combined with Ruiyun procedure(RPH)for treating mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety patients with III^IV mixed hemorrhoids treated between April 2015 and April 2017 were recruited as study subjects and were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group,with 45 patients in each groups.Patients in the treatment group received MMH combined with RPH and those in the control group received procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Effectiveness,indices related to surgery,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in overall effectiveness between the two groups(P>0.05).Amount of intraoperative blood loss,duration of hospitalization after surgery,and time to wound healing were significantly less or shorter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complication was 8.89%in the treatment group,which was lower than that in the control group(24.44%,P<0.05).Conclusion Effectiveness is similar between MMH combined with RPH and PPH in treating III^IV mixed hemorrhoids.The former is less invasive and with less postoperative complications,which could be beneficial for postoperative recovery.
