摘要
草果作为怒江扶贫产业的重要项目之一,一直以来都受到各方面的关注,但通过对草果的检验检测发现,偶尔会出现草果中镉含量超标的情况。本文从试样前处理、石墨炉灰化和原子化温度以及基体改进剂方面着手进行研究,着重探讨草果中镉含量的检测,以保证实验数据的科学性。最终得到相对较优的方法:用微波消解进行前处理,使用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,样品注入量20μL,加5μL基体改进剂(10 g·L^(-1)磷酸二氢铵溶液),灰化温度为500℃,原子化温度为1500℃。此法检出限为0.001 mg·kg^(-1),在0~3.0 ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性相关系数为0.9988,样品加标回收率为94%~101%,相对标准偏差为5.6%~8.7%。
As one of the important projects in the poverty alleviation industry in Nujiang,Amomum tsao-ko has always received attention from all aspects.However,through inspection and testing of Amomum tsao-ko,it was found that the cadmium content of Amomum tsao-ko occasionally exceeded the standard.This article starts with the research on sample pretreatment,graphite furnace ashing and atomization temperature,and matrix modifiers,focusing on the detection of cadmium content in Amomum tsao-ko to ensure the scientificity of the experimental data.In the end,a relatively better method was obtained:microwave digestion was used for pretreatment,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used,sample injection volume was 20μL,and 5μL matrix modifier(10 g·L^(-1) ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution)was added.The temperature of atomization is 500℃,and the temperature of atomization is 1500℃.The detection limit of this method is 0.001 mg·kg^(-1),the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9988 in the range of 0~3.0 ng·mL^(-1),the sample recovery rate is 94%~101%,and the relative standard deviation is 5.6%~8.7%.
