摘要
综述了二维过渡金属碳/氮化物(MXene)的研究现状及其在超级电容器中的发展趋势。对MXene的结构和物理化学性质进行了简单介绍,总结了几种MXene的合成方法,并对化学刻蚀法、碱式水热法、路易斯酸熔盐法、电化学法及少层MXene合成方法对MXene性能的影响进行了评述。介绍了通过离子插入、热处理、异原子掺杂、材料复合和3D组装来提高MXene在超级电容器中的性能,对这几种MXene性能改进方法的优势和不足进行了阐述。最后,对MXene的合成方法和其在超级电容器领域的研究进展进行了对比总结,指出了研究中存在的问题,并展望了MXene今后的研究方向。
The research status of two-dimensional transition metal carbon/nitride(MXene)and its development trend in supercapacitors are reviewed.The structure and physicochemical properties of MXene are briefly introduced,several synthesis methods of MXene are summarized,and the effects of chemical etching method,alkaline hydrothermal method,Lewis acid molten salt method,electrochemical method and synthesis method of few layers of MXene on the performance of MXene are reviewed.Then,the improvement of the performance of MXene in supercapacitors through ion insertion,heat treatment,heteroatom doping,material recombination and 3D assembly is introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of the improvement methods of the MXene performance are described.Finally,the synthesis method of MXene and its research progresses in the field of supercapacitors are compared and summarized,the existing problems in the research are pointed out,and the future research direction of MXene is prospected.
