摘要
给水泵的配置方式对火电机组运行经济性和稳定性的影响非常大。为得到综合经济性能和可靠性最佳的配置方案,在调研国内外1000 MW超超临界机组给水泵的配置现状的基础上,分析给水泵不同配置方式的可行性、运行稳定性和可靠性,计算比较对应的初始投资和运行费用。得出给水泵的最佳配置方案为采用2×50%容量、前置泵与主泵同轴的汽动给水泵组以及2台机组共设1台30%容量的电动启动定速给水泵。该方案运行费用最省、可靠性最佳,同时期初投资增加不多。
The configuration of the feed water pump has a great influence on the economic and stability of the operation of the thermal power unit.In order to obtain the configuration plan with the best comprehensive economic performance and reliability,based on the investigation of the current situation of the feed pump configuration of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical units in the domestic and international countries,the feasibility,operational stability and reliability of different configurations of the feed pump are analyzed,and the corresponding initial investment and operating costs are calculated and compared.The results show that the best configuration plan of the feedwater pump is to adopt a steam-driven feedwater pump unit with a capacity of 2×50%,the front pump and the main pump coaxially,and a total of two units with a 30%capacity electric start fixed-speed feedwater pump.The program has the least operating cost and the best reliability,and at the same time,the initial investment increase is small.
