摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析李海松教授治疗少弱精子症的用药特点与规律。方法收集李海松教授治疗少弱精子症的病案,运用中医传承辅助系统中的关联规则及熵聚类等方法进行分析,挖掘药物核心组合和新处方。结果共纳入处方258首,涉及药物123种;使用频次在70次以上的药物共22种,其中使用频次最高的前10种药物分别是菟丝子、枸杞子、黄芪、当归、五味子、生牡蛎、熟地黄、覆盆子、茯苓、车前子;挖掘出高频药对组合10个,新处方7个。结论李海松教授治疗多以“补肾填精、健脾益气”为主,并随症加减。
Objective Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system software,to analyze the characteristics and rules of Professor Li Haisong′s treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods The medical records of Professor Li Haisong′s treatment of male infertility were collected.The methods of association rules and entropy clustering in the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance were used for analysis,so as to explore the core combination of drugs and new prescriptions.Results A total of 258 prescriptions involving 123 drugs were included in this study.There were 22 drugs that were used more than 70 times,among which the top 10 were dodder,wolfberry,astragalus,angelica,schisandra,raw oyster,cooked rehmannia glutinosa,raspberry,poria cocos and plantain.10 high-frequency drug pairs and 7 new prescriptions were found.Conclusion Professor Li Haisong′s treatment is mainly based on“tonifying the kidney and filling the essence,strengthening the spleen and Qi”,and adds and subtracts according to the symptoms.
