摘要
在取消药品、耗材加成的背景下,加强医疗科室经济运行分析对于公立医院控制成本、优化医疗收入结构具有现实意义。通过梳理公立医院综合改革相关政策,介绍开展医疗科室经济运行分析的目的、思路、框架和指标,为医疗科室加强成本控制、优化资源配置提供参考。
After canceling the addition of drugs and medical consumables in public hospitals,it has practical significance for public hospitals to take measures to control cost and optimize medical income structure.This paper introduces the purpose,the general idea,framework,and indicators for operational analysis of clinical departments in public hospitals,so as to support decisions about finding economic growth points,strengthening cost control,optimizing the allocation of resources.
