摘要
医院品牌建设已成为医院的核心竞争力,如何树立和维系品牌已成为医院需要思考的新问题,将质量管理方法PDCA循环运用于医院品牌战略发展的统筹管理中,不断分析、评价、调整,以达到医院品牌建设不断攀升,并可持续发展的目的。
Branding has become a core competitiveness for hospitals. They are faced with the question of how to build and maintain their brand, how to apply PDCA cycle in the management of hospital branding strategy, how to keep up the branding with constant analysis, evaluation and adjustment, for the purpose of sustained development.
