摘要
介绍了蒸汽法负压粗苯蒸馏工艺的特点及在首钢工程中的应用。本工艺具有运行温度低、贫油结渣不明显、洗油更新量小、运行经济、操作安全性高、无燃烧尾气污染的优点。工业运行数据表明,本工艺稳定可靠,具有较高的应用价值和发展潜力。
In this paper,introduction is made for the vacuum benzol distillation process,including its application in Shougang Jingtang United Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd..The steam vacuum process is characterized with low operation temperature,less lean oil slurry and wash oil make-up,low operation cost,safe operation and tail gas free.The commercial operation data proves that the process is stable and reliable which shows great value and promising in the future.
