摘要
目的:观察补肾通痹方结合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:74例随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。两组均采取中医骨伤手法治疗,观察组加用补肾通痹方。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、神疲乏力证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),血清TNF-α、IL-6水平及VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA各项内容评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通痹方结合中医骨伤手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tongbi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: 74 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation, and the observation group were treated with Bushen Tongbi Decoction. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, low back pain, waist and knee weakness, and fatigue syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and VAS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). JOA’s scores for each content of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Tongbi Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics manipulation has a better effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
