The integration of commercial facilities and logistics facilities under"new retail"is the key to building a new commercial infrastructure. This paper reviews the logic and stage characteristics of the integration of commercial facilities and logistics facilities. It is found that from the perspective of integration logic, the"new retail"operation logic puts forward the basic demands for the integration of the two,and the natural attribute of facility integration lays the foundation for the integration, while the digital intelligence technology provides the integration support. From the perspective of integration reality, the integration of the two is faced with such constraints as the functional barriers of facilities, the constraints of economies of scale and network effects, the drawbacks of alliance integration, and the inhibition of competition and cooperation among enterprises.Accordingly, the study suggests that in terms of integration thinking,we should actively grasp the integration of business model coordination and all-round integration based on resource integration and sharing thinking. In the form of integration, the integration of tangible facilities and intangible facilities is continuously enhanced, and the integration boundary is continuously expanded based on"new services".At the same time, the policy measures and innovative supervision are fully utilized to create conditions for the integration of the two.
