摘要
对乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定甲醛含量的影响因素进行研究。用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定甲醛含量,研究甲醛标液储存时间、水浴后冷却时间、乙酰丙酮储存时间、乙酰丙酮用量、水浴时间、反应温度对甲醛含量测定的影响。结果表明甲醛标液储存时间、水浴后冷却时间对甲醛含量的测定无明显影响;乙酰丙酮储存时间、乙酰丙酮加入量、反应时间、反应温度是影响实验准确度的4个重要因素。
The influencing factors of determination of formaldehyde content by acetylacetone spectrophotometry were studied.The possible factors on determination of formaldehyde content by acetylacetone spectrophotometry were researched,including storage time of formaldehyde standard solution,cooling time after water bath,storage time of acetylacetone,amount of acetylacetone,water bath time and reaction temperature.The results showed that the storage time of formaldehyde standard solution and the cooling time after water bath had no significant effect on determination of formaldehyde content.The storage time of acetylacetone,the amount of acetylacetone,the reaction time and the reaction temperature were the four important factors affecting the accuracy of the experiment.
