摘要
结合南通市城市轨道交通1号线典型富水砂层特征,通过配合比优化及高性能盾构注浆材料添加剂Z205的掺用,配制出适用于富水砂层的高性能盾构注浆材料,并对比研究了高性能盾构注浆材料与传统注浆材料的关键性能及现场注浆性能。结果表明,适当减小水胶比,降低膨润土掺量,掺入一定比例的Z205,可降低注浆材料的初凝时间、泌水率,提高注浆材料的结石率、抗压强度和抗水分散性能。现场注浆对比试验结果表明,采用Z3组配合比对应的高性能注浆材料对盾构注浆压力及注浆速度影响不大,但实际最大注浆量可减少17%。
Based on the characteristics of typical water-rich sand layers on the line 1 of Nantong Urban Rail Transit,a highperformance grouting material for water-rich sand layers was prepared by optimizing the mixture ratio and mixing Z205 with highperformance grouting material additive,the key properties and field grouting properties of high performance shield grouting material and traditional grouting material are compared and studied.The results show that the initial setting time and bleeding rate of the grouting material can be reduced by decreasing the water-binder ratio,decreasing the content of Bentonite and adding a certain proportion of Z205,and the stone rate,compressive strength and water dispersion resistance can be improved.The results of field grouting tests show that the high performance grouting material corresponding to the mix ratio of group Z3 has little effect on the grouting pressure and grouting speed,but the actual maximum grouting volume can be reduced by 17%.
