摘要
针对富水粉细砂地层中暗挖隧道采用普通水泥-水玻璃浆液注浆止水效果差且导致上方道路隆起变形超标的问题,提出了超细水泥-水玻璃浆液注浆方案。采用可根据设定的注浆压力调整注浆量的注浆设备实现注浆流量和压力的可调可控,确定了浆液配合比、注浆参数、注浆孔布置等,并将该方案用于北京地铁14号线一联络通道工程。注浆加固后开挖揭露的掌子面特征表明,超细水泥-水玻璃浆液注浆取得了良好的止水效果,可为浅埋富水致密粉细砂地层暗挖隧道工程提供参考。
In view of the poor water-stop effect of ordinary cement water-glass slurry grouting used in underground excavation tunnel with water-rich silty fine sand stratum and the problem of excessive road heave deformation,the ultrafine cement water-glass slurry grouting scheme was proposed.The grouting equipment which can adjust the amount of grouting according to the set grouting pressure was adopted to realize the adjustable and controllable grouting flow and pressure.The grouting mix proportion,grouting parameters and grouting hole layout were determined.The scheme was applied to the first connecting channel project of Beijing Metro Line 14.The features of excavation face revealed after grouting reinforcement show that the ultrafine cement-water glass slurry grouting has achieved good water-stop effect,which can provide reference for underground excavation tunnel engineering in shallow-buried water-rich dense silty fine sand stratum.
