摘要 由于在改善药物溶解度、体内靶向递送等方面的优势,纳米药物成为药学领域研究的热点。随着纳米技术在医药领域研究的不断深入,也伴随着分析技术方法的进步与完善。该文概述了纳米药物粒度、形貌、包封率及载药量等经典分析技术方法的新进展和近年来应用的新分析技术方法,为纳米药物及载体的深入分析与研发提供了技术方法和研究思路。 Objective Due to its advantages in improving drug solubility,in vivo targeted delivery,nanomedicine has become a hotspot in the field of pharmacy.With the continuous research of nanotechnology in the field of medicine,it is also accompanied by the progress and improvement of analytical methods.This paper is summarized the new developments in classical analytical methods such as particle size,morphology,encapsulation efficiency,and drug loading of nanomedicines,and new analytical techniques and methods that have appeared in recent years,providing technical methods and research ideas for the in-depth analysis and development of nanomedicines and carriers.
