摘要
目的:本研究应用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)数据挖掘分析方法,分析《六省区藏药标准》、《藏医临床札记》、《藏药与方剂》等书籍中含沙棘藏药组方规律。方法:将相关藏医文献中含"沙棘"的处方录入TCMISS V2.5软件,采用系统关联规则apriori算法、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,统计含"沙棘"方剂中的高频次药物及核心药对组合,深入探讨其组方规则与用药规律等。结果:171首含"沙棘"处方经过统计分析后得出含"沙棘"处方9个核心药对组合,其配伍药物多具有敛肺涩肠、清热泻火、温中理气、活血化瘀等功效;沙棘主要治疗疾病237种,通过对比分析总结出了沙棘治疗频次靠前的"木布病"、"消化不良"和"月经不调"三种疾病时的核心药物组合。结论:应用TCMISS对含"沙棘"方剂进行数据挖掘分析,初步明确了含"沙棘"处方的组方规律以及沙棘临床治疗不同疾病的配伍特点,为其临床应用和组建新方提供理论参考与新思路。
Objective:In this study,the data mining analysis method of TCM inheritance assisting platform(TCMISS) was used to analyze the regularity of Tibetan medicine formulations containing Shaji in books such as "Tibet Medicine Standards in Six Provinces", "Tibetan Medicine Clinical Notes",and "Tibetan Medicines and Prescriptions".Method:The prescriptions containing Shaji in the relevant Tibetan medical literature were recorded in TCMISS V2.5 software.The system data mining method,the combination of highfrequency drugs and core drug pairs in Shaji prescriptions were counted using system association rules apriori algorithm and improved mutual information method etc.to discuss the rules and prescriptions of the prescriptions in depth.Result:171 prescriptions containing Shaji were statistically analyzed and 9 core drug pair combinations containing Shaji prescriptions were obtained.Most of their compatible drugs had the effects of restraining lung and intestine,clearing heat and purging hot,warming the middle and regulating Qi,promoting blood circulation.Among the main treatment of 237 kinds of diseases,through comparative analysis,we summarized the core drug combinations of three frequently used diseases of "Mubu" disease,indigestion and irregular menstruation treated with Shaji.Conclusion:TCMISS is used to carry out data mining and analysis on the prescriptions containing Shaji.The rules of formulating prescriptions containing Shaji and the compatibility characteristics of the clinical treatment of different diseases with Shaji are preliminarily clarified,which provides theoretical reference and new ideas for its clinical application and establishment of new prescriptions.
