摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识背景下,加强铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育是高校教师与中华民族共同体意识的联结点。高校教师素质提升与铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育之间存在教学能力—知识建构、劳动性质—主体培育、共情教育—情感维系的三维互动。基于三维互动,铸牢中华民族共同体意识背景下高校教师的素质提升具有五个面向,分别是政治信仰、师德建设、专业认同、教学能力与科研发展。回应高校教师的高素质发展,社会系统、学校系统、教师系统分别以外源型路径、内拓型路径、内推型路径助力高校教师五项基本素质的提升。其中,社会系统以生态氛围营造、资源精华汲取、校际交流平台支撑高校教师的高素质发展,学校系统以校园环境建设、考评机制建设、培训制度建设促进高校教师的高素质发展,教师系统以自我修养、自主学习、自觉践行落实高校教师的高素质发展。社会、学校、教师三者统筹协作助力高校教师的素质提升,以高校教师的人力支撑满足新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育的需求。
Under the background of the Chinese national community consciousness,strengthening the education of the Chinese national community consciousness is the connection point between the university teachers and the Chinese nation community consciousness.A three-dimensional interaction of teaching ability,knowledge construction,labor nature,subject cultivation,empathy education and emotional maintenance,exists between the improvement of teachers’quality and the education of Chinese national community consciousness.Based on the three-dimensional interaction,the quality improvement of college teachers under the background of the Chinese national community consciousness enjoys five aspects:political belief,teachers’moral construction,professional identity,teaching ability and scientific research development.Corresponding to the high-quality development of college teachers,the social system,the school system and the teacher system have facilitated the improvement of five basic qualities of college teachers through diversified paths.Among them,the social system supports the high-quality development of college teachers with ecological atmosphere,resource essence and inter-school communication platform;the school system promotes the high-quality development of university teachers with the construction of campus environment,evaluation mechanism and training system;the teacher system carries out the high quality development of college teachers with self-cultivation,self-learning and self-conscious practice.The society,the school and the teacher as a whole help the university teacher’s quality enhancement,with the university teacher’s manpower support to meet the needs of the community consciousness education of the Chinese nation in the new era.
