摘要
《数字农业农村发展规划(2019-2025年)》在“加快生产经营数字化改造”中明确提出要“渔业智慧化”发展。本文在分析渔业智慧化发展现状和存在问题的基础上,提出要坚持物联网应用引领,强化渔业基础,并在遵循产业发展、技术更新和服务需求逻辑的方式下审视渔业智慧化发展,更加注重“智慧”衔接的产业内容,构建智慧产业与现代渔业一体化发展格局,持续带动提升现代渔业生产、服务和管理水平。
Digital Agriculture Rural Development Plan(2019-2025)clearly proposes"intelligent fisheries"development in"accelerate the production and management of digital transformation".On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of intelligent fishery development,this paper puts forward that one should adhere to the guidance of Internet of things application and strengthen the foundation of fishery,and in the way of following the logic of industry development,technology renewal and service demand,examine the development of fishery intelligence,pay more attention to the industry content connected with"intelligence",construct the integrated development pattern of intelligence industry and modern fishery,and continuously promote the development of modern fisheries production,services and management.
