摘要
目的分析健康教育在狂犬病预防控制中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1~11月,因动物致伤至我院犬伤处置重点门诊就诊的200例患者作为研究对象,对其开展狂犬病预防相关知识的健康教育,比较健康教育开展前后患者对狂犬病相关知识的知晓情况。结果经健康教育后,患者对狂犬病相关知识知晓率明显高于健康教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可明显提高患者对狂犬病相关知识的掌握水平,提高对狂犬病暴露预防处置依从性,并可获得确切的防控效果,值得临床进一步实践与推广。
Objective To analyze the application value of health education in prevention and control of rabies.Methods From January 2020 to November 2020,200 patients who went to the key outpatient department of dog bites injury treatment in our hospital due to animal injuries were selected as the research objects and received health education on rabies prevention,then to compare the awareness rate of patients on rabies knowledge before and after health education.Results After health education,the awareness rate of rabies related knowledge was significantly higher than of that before health education,and the difference had statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can obviously improve patients'mastery of rabies related knowledge,and improve their compliance with rabies exposure prevention and treatment,and obtain exact prevention and control effect,which is worthy of clinical practice and promotion.
