摘要
目的探讨系统化健康教育在狂犬病暴露者中的应用。方法选取2018年3—4月我院收治的60例狂犬病暴露者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予系统化健康教育。比较两组狂犬病暴露者干预前后对预防狂犬病的态度和对狂犬病相关行为的认知度。结果干预前,两组狂犬病暴露者对狂犬病预防态度和对狂犬病相关行为认知差异无区别(P> 0. 05),干预后,研究组狂犬病暴露者对狂犬病预防态度和对相关行为的认知度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论系统化健康教育有助于改善狂犬病暴露者对预防狂犬病的态度,提高其对狂犬病相关行为的认知度,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the application of systematic health education in patients exposed to rabies.Methods To select 60 cases of patients exposed to rabies who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2018 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given systemic health education on the basis of the control group.The attitudes to rabies and cognition degree of rabies-related behaviors of patients exposed to rabies before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in rabies prevention attitudes and rabies-related behavioral cognition of patients between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the rabies prevention attitudes and rabies-related behavioral cognition of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education can improve the attitude of patient to rabies prevention who are exposed to rabies and improve their cognition degree of rabies-related behaviors,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
