钛合金干摩擦磨损及减磨方法研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on Dry Friction and Wear of Titanium Alloys and Wear Reduction Methods

摘要 钛合金具有比强度高、比刚度大、良好的耐腐蚀性和耐热性等特点,因此广泛用于航空航天、化学工业、石油工业、生物医学等领域。随着其应用领域的不断扩大和应用环境的愈加复杂恶劣,钛合金的摩擦磨损性能与减磨方法成为其研究的必要方面。为此,本文综述了近年来钛合金干摩擦磨损领域的研究现状,讨论了干摩擦磨损的外部影响因素以及不同影响因素下的磨损机理,并总结了目前较为常用的四种减磨方法的研究进展并对未来的发展方向进行了展望。 Titanium alloy is widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, petroleum industry, biomedicine and other fields because of its high specific strength, high specific rigidity, good corrosion resistance and heat resistance. With the continuous expansion of its application fields and the increasingly complex and harsh application environment, the friction and wear performance and wear reduction methods of titanium alloys have become necessary aspects of its research. In this article, the current research status of dry friction and wears of titanium alloys in recent years is reviewed, the external influencing factors of dry friction and wear and the wear mechanism under different influencing factors is discussed. Finally, the research progress of four commonly used methods to reduce wear and prospects for the future development are summarized.
