高效阻燃外保温泡沫材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 如今各类外保温泡沫材料逐渐成为建筑物不可缺少的一部分,并且在我国的各大城市得到了广泛推广和实际应用。然而,在实际使用过程中外保温材料在高温作用下极易发生燃烧,且火势蔓延速度较快,短时间内甚至可能引发建筑物整体性燃烧。结合我国常用的外保温材料类型,通过选用合理的阻燃剂和恰当的工艺方法,制备了一种具有良好阻燃性能的外保温泡沫材料,其阻燃性能验证实验结果表明,通过阻燃处理的外保温泡沫材料在不失去原有保温性能的前提下,阻燃性能得到了有效的提高,能够切实保障居民生命财产安全。 Nowadays,various kinds of external thermal insulation foam materials have gradually become an indispensable part of buildings,and have been widely promoted and practically applied in major cities in China.However,in actual use process,the external thermal insulation materials are easy to burn under the action of high temperature,and the fire spreads quickly,which may even lead to the whole burning of the building in a short time.Combined with the types of external thermal insulation materials commonly used in China,an external thermal insulation foam material with good flame retardancy was prepared by selecting reasonable flame retardants and appropriate preparation methods.The actual flame retardant properties were verified.The experimental results show that the flame retardant properties of the external thermal insulation foam material are effectively improved without losing the original thermal insulation properties,which can effectively protect the safety of people's lives and property.
