摘要
心肌分层应变技术是在二维斑点追踪成像(2D Speckle Tracking Imaging,2D-STI)基础上发展的超声心动图新技术,通过追踪每层心肌的斑点信号,获取每层心肌不同方向的运动参数,可同时分析左室壁3层心肌运动情况,为更详细地评估左室壁心肌功能提供了新的技术支持,突破了常规心脏超声对整体室壁运动分析的限制,能准确反映疾病对左室壁各层心肌不同程度的影响,可以为临床对疾病的早期诊断及干预提供可靠的依据。文章就分层应变技术在临床应用中的进展做一综述。
The myocardial stratified strain technology is a new echocardiography technology developed on the basis of 2D Speckle Tracking Imaging(2D-STI).By tracking the speckle signal of each layer of myocardium,the movement parameters of each layer of myocardium in different directions are obtained,it can analyze the movement of the left ventricular wall in the 3 layers of the myocardium at the same time,providing new technical support for more detailed assessment of the left ventricular wall myocardial function,breaking through the limitations of conventional cardiac ultrasound on the analysis of overall ventricular wall motion,and accurately reflecting the impact of the disease on the left ventricular wall.The influence of different levels of myocardium in each layer of the ventricular wall can provide a reliable basis for clinical early diagnosis and intervention of the disease.This article reviews the progress of stratified strain technology in clinical application.
