摘要
目的:观察萆薢分清饮联合依托考昔对中重度痛风性关节炎的疗效及对血清白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)的影响。方法:将2019年1月~2020年4月中重度痛风性关节炎82例,随机分为2组,各41例,对照组采用依托考昔治疗;观察组采用萆薢分清饮联合依托考昔治疗,持续治疗8周1疗程。比较两组间的临床疗效、TNF-α、IL-1β、高敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)、环氧合酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)及视觉模拟量表评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、关节肿胀、Barthel指数。结果:对照组有效率75.61%低于观察组有效率92.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-1β、hs-CRP、COX-2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后VAS、关节肿胀低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萆薢分清饮联合依托考昔对中重度痛风性关节炎的疗效显著,可降低炎症因子,缓解临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bixie Fenqing Drink combined with Etocoxib for moderate and severe gouty arthritis and its influence on serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods:82cases of severe gouty arthritis from January 2019to April 2020were randomly divided into two groups,41cases in each group.The controlled group received Etoposide treatment,and the observation group received Bixie Fenqing Drink combined with Etocoxib,and the 2groups were treated for 8weeks.The clinical efficacy,TNF-α,IL-1β,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),visual analogue scale(VAS),joint swelling and Barthel index were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the controlled group(75.61%)was lower than the observation group(92.68%),(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,hs-CRP and COX-2in the observation group were lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS and joint swelling of the observation group were lower than the controlled group,and Barthel index was higher than the controlled group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bixie Fenqing Drink combined with Etoposide on moderate and severe gouty arthritis is significant,which can reduce inflammatory factors,relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
