摘要
针对大连自贸区配电网带电作业现场工作时间超时的问题,采用PDCA循环,结合5W1H等方法分析原因,制定对策并进行现场实施。对优化措施进行巩固和推广,不仅缩短了工作时间,创造了极大的经济效益,而且提高了供电可靠率,为大连自贸区建设提供保障。
Aiming at the long working time of live operation in electrification of distribution network in Dalian free trade zone,it uses PDCA cycle combining with 5W1H and so on methods to analyze reasons.It formulates countermeasures and implements them on site.Consolidating and popularizing the optimization measures not only shorten the working time,create great economic benefits,but also improve the reliability of power supply to provide guarantee for the construction of Dalian free trade zone.
