电渣用无冒口电极锭工艺开发与实践

摘要 研究分析现有浇铸电极锭及电渣工艺的基础上,以H13为例对无冒口电极锭浇铸工艺进行了研究:从开浇过热度、保护渣加入量及浇铸过程控制等方面进行,最终确定了合理的无冒口浇铸工艺参数,H13开浇过热度控制在20~30℃、保护渣加入量为2.5 kg/支并采用试验确定的浇注工艺,实现了浇铸电极坯直接在电渣使用的目的,同时也降低了电渣成本。 Based on the research and analysis of the existing casting electrode ingot and electroslag process,taking H13 as an example,the research on the casting process of electrode ingot without cap was carried out,and the experimental research was carried out from the aspects of opening superheat,mold powder dosage and casting process control,and the reasonable process parameters of no cap casting were finally determined.The initial superheat of H13 was controlled at 20~30℃,and the amount of mold powder was 2.5 kg/piece By using the casting technology determined by experiment,the purpose of using the casting electrode blank directly in electroslag has been realized,and the cost of electroslag has also been reduced.
