W18Cr4V针阀表面点状缺陷分析

Analysis of point-like defect on surface of W18Cr4V needle valve

摘要 通过对W18Cr4V针阀的成分分析、金相观察以及能谱分析,对其表面点状缺陷的形成原因进行了分析和讨论,从而得知:针阀表面缺陷不是由于原材料材质引起的,也不是发纹和气孔等冶金缺陷,而是由于针阀接触含有水分的热处理盐浴介质而形成的腐蚀缺陷。 The W18Cr4V needle valve was analyzed by chemical composition,metallurgical structure observation and energy spectrum. The formation cause of point-like defect on surface was analyzed and discussed. It was found that the surface defect of needle valve was not due to the raw materials or metallurgical defects such as hairline and air hole,while it was corrosive defect formed in heat treatment salt bath medium containing moisture.
