不同剂量右美托咪啶对甲状腺癌手术患者的临床有效性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究不同剂量右美托咪啶对甲状腺癌手术患者的临床效果。方法:2018年7月-2020年7月收治实施甲状腺癌手术的患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组在麻醉诱导后静脉泵注0.8μg/kg右美托咪啶;试验组在麻醉诱导后静脉泵注0.4μg/kg右美托咪啶。比较两组临床效果。结果:试验组T1(麻醉后)、T2(拔管后)时舒张压(SBP)、收缩压(DBP)及心率(HR)等指标水平的稳定性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、定向力恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与高剂量比较,低剂量右美托咪定用于甲状腺手术患者的麻醉效果及血流动力学更稳定,可有效缩短苏醒时间及拔管时间。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine on patients who undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,78 patients who underwent thyroid cancer surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group intravenously injected 0.8μg/kg of dexmedetomidine after induction of anesthesia.The experimental group intravenously injected 0.4μg/kg of dexmedetomidine after induction of anesthesia.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:Stability of diastolic(SBP),systolic(DBP)and heart rate(HR)levels at T1(after anesthesia)and T2(after extubation)of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,orientation recovery time,awakening time and extubation time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with high dose of dexmedetomidine,low dose of dexmedetomidine is more stable in anesthesia and hemodynamics in patients who undergoing thyroid surgery,which can effectively shorten the awakening time and extubation time.
