摘要
目的:探讨在口腔残根修复中采用玻璃纤维桩与金属桩的修复效果差异。方法:2018年1-12月收治行口腔残根修复的患者75例,随机分为两组。对照组采用金属桩进行修复治疗;试验组采用玻璃纤维桩进行修复治疗。比较两组患牙修复成功率、失败原因及患牙健康指数。结果:试验组患牙修复成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组出血指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患牙咀嚼功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在口腔残根修复过程中,运用玻璃纤维桩进行修复的效果更加理想,并且治疗成功率较高,有利于保持牙体的健康。
Objective:To explore the difference between glass fiber post and metal post in the restoration of oral residual root.Methods:From January to December 2018,75 cases of patients who underwent oral residual roots restoration were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used metal posts for repair treatment.The experimental group used glass fiber posts for repair treatment.The success rate of dental repair,failure reason and health index of affected teeth between two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of dental repair in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding index and gingival index in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of masticatory function of affected teeth in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of oral residual root repair,the effect of glass fiber post repair is more ideal,the success rate of treatment is high,which is helpful to maintain the health of teeth.
