摘要
校园足球与职业足球青训深度融合的本质是探索一条青少年足球人才培养之路,最终目的是解决我国青少年足球后备人才匮乏问题,促进立德树人的育人工程实施,提高中国足球普及程度与竞技水平。校园足球与职业足球青训深度融合的选择逻辑要综合考虑学理、历史、现实等各方面的因素,在推进路径上要重新定位发展理念,树立"大青训"思想,解决深度融合的认识障碍;坚持政府主导,改革管理体制,破除制约深度融合的体制机制障碍;创造良好制度空间,构建开放兼容的社会参与机制;提升政策法规效力,完善配套政策方案,健全深度融合的政策法规体系;实施系统工程,使校园足球与职业足球青训深度融合落到实处。校园足球与职业足球青训由长期的分离状态向深度融合转变,需要构建相应的体制机制,实现由强制性的制度变迁到诱致性制度变迁的转换。
The essence of deep integration between campus football and the youth training of professional football club is to explore a road to cultivate youth football talents,aiming to solve these problems related to the lack of youth football talents and promote the implementation of the project of educating students with moral character,and improve the popularity and competitive level of Chinese football.The selection logic of deep integration between campus football and youth training of professional football club should take into account the academic,historical and realistic factors.In terms of path selection to promote deep integration between campus football and the youth training of professional football club,we should reposition the development concept and set up a new idea of youth training system to solve the cognitive obstacles;we should insist on government leadership and reform the management system to break through the institutional obstacles that restrict deep integration;we should create sound institutional space,build an open and compatible mechanism of social participation,enhance the effectiveness of policies and regulations,improve supporting policy programs,and improve the policy and regulation system for deep integration.In addition,we should implement a series of projects to make the deep integration of campus football and youth training of professional football come into practice.It is urgent to construct an institution and mechanism for campus football and the youth training of professional football club to transform from long term separation to deep integration so as to realize the change from compulsory institutional transformation to induced institutional transformation.
