摘要
现代煤化工产业的主要特点包括:技术、人才、资金密集,项目建设所需要的投资较高,进口设备数量多。国有大型煤化工企业财务风险管理是内部管理的重要内容,其管理效率直接关系到我国国有大型煤化工企业的发展。当前,我国国有大型煤化工企业财务风险管理发展面临很多方面的风险,不利于其快速的发展。文章主要对国有大型煤化工企业风险进行了概述,详细阐述了国有大型煤化工企业面临财务风险主要成因以及相应的特点和控制原则,并提出了有效的策略。
The main characteristics of modern coal chemical industry include technology,talent,capital-intensive,high investment required for project construction and a large number of imported equipment.Financial risk management of large state-owned coal chemical enterprises is an important part of internal management,and its management eff iciency is directly related to the development of large state-owned coal chemical enterprises.At present,the development of f inancial risk management in large state-owned coal chemical enterprises faces many risks,which is not conducive to its rapid development.In this paper,the risks of large-scale state-owned coal chemical enterprises are summarized,the main causes of f inancial risks faced by large-scale state-owned coal chemical enterprises,the corresponding characteristics and control principles are expounded in detail,and the effective strategies are put forward.
