摘要
近年来,大型煤化工企业实行运、检分离模式,设备检修也逐步实行“放弃技术、只做管理”,并尝试在全面停产、集中大修时使用专业设备监理公司对大修过程进行质量、进度及费用管理的彻底市场化运作。为此,论文就设备监理技术在煤化工设备大修工作中应用特点、方法、常见问题出现规律及监理作用进行探讨,使设备监理在大修过程及设备全寿命周期管理中得以有效拓展及应用。
In recent years,large coal chemical companies have implemented a separation mode of transportation and inspection,and equipment maintenance has gradually implemented“abandon technology and only manage”,and try to use professional equipment supervision companies to carry out quality,progress,and maintenance of the overhaul process when production is shut down or concentrated overhaul.Thorough market-oriented operation of expense management.For this reason,this article discusses the application characteristics,methods,common problems and supervision functions of equipment supervision technology in the overhaul of coal chemical equipment,so that equipment supervision can be effectively expanded and applied in the overhaul process and equipment life cycle management.
