摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法随机选择2017年6月至2019年1月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者100例作为本次的试验调查对象,将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例,对照组的患者采用常规护理,试验组的患者给予优质护理服务,比较分析两组患者的护理满意度、神经功能缺损(NDF)评分和日常生活能力(ADL)评分。结果试验组患者的ADL评分是(63.42±12.54)分,明显高于对照组的(47.17±16.35)分,而NDF评分是(5.37±2.83)分明显低于对照组的(17.91±4.43)分,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组的护理总满意率是94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采用的护理方式中优质护理服务的临床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的神经功能缺损,同时提升患者的日常生活能力。
Objective To observe and study the effect of high-quality nursing service on neurofunction and daily life ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly selected from June 2017 to January 2019.As the subject of this experimental investigation,all patients were evenly divided into experimental and control groups,each with 50 cases.The patients in the control group adopted routine nursing.Patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing services,and the nursing satisfaction,neurofunctional defect(NDF)score and daily living ability(ADL)score were compared and analyzed respectively.Results The ADL score of the experimental group was(63.42±12.54)points,which was significantly higher than the control group’s(47.17±16.35)points,while the NDF score was(5.37±2.83)points significantly lower than the control group’s(17.91±4.43)points,the data differed significantly(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the experimental group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 70.00%(35/50)in the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high-quality nursing service is obvious in the nursing way of acute cerebral infarction patients,which can effectively improve the neurofunction defect of patients and enhance the daily life ability of patients.
