摘要
目的探讨应用日常生活能力评定量表设计出院日常生活护嘱单对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月至12月100例脑卒中患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规出院宣教，观察组采用日常生活能力评定量表评估患者依赖程度，制定个性化出院日常生活护嘱。比较两组患者康复疗效、依赖程度及生活方式。结果观察组康复疗效合格率、依赖程度评分及生活质量指数均优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论基于日常生活能力评估的个性化出院日常生活护嘱能有效促进脑卒中患者功能康复，提高生活质量。
Objective To assess the effect of designed hospital nursing order based on the activity of daily living scale for stroke patient. Methods 100 patients with stroke from Jan to Dec 2015, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group gave conventional discharge, while the observation group with daily life ability scale to assess the degree of dependent, and develop individualized discharged daily life nursing order. The curative effect, dependence degree and life style of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of qualified rate, the dependence degree and the quality of life index in the observation group were better than those of the control group, which was statistically significant between groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The hospital nursing order based on the activity of daily living scale for stroke patient can effectively promote the functional recovery of patients with stroke, improve the quality of life.
