多元化延续护理对大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫病人生活质量和日常生活能力的影响 被引量：3

摘要 [目的]探讨多元化延续护理对改善大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫病人生活质量和日常生活能力的影响。[方法]将80例大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫病人分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予多元化延续护理,比较两组病人护理前后生活质量和日常生活能力。[结果]护理后观察组病人生活质量和日常生活能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]给予大脑半球萎缩继发癫痫病人多元化延续护理可明显提高生活质量和日常生活能力。
