摘要
房屋建筑工程中,楼板裂缝为常见质量问题。长期楼板裂缝会直接导致房屋结构受损,加快建筑内部钢筋锈蚀的速率,降低房屋的抗震能力。基于此,论文结合某建筑工程项目,针对现浇混凝土楼板裂缝问题分析其具体成因,并从混凝土材料性能、钢筋网防护、混凝土收面与养护作业等方面提出解决办法,旨在保证房屋项目的质量和安全。
In building construction,floor cracks are common quality problems,and long-term floor cracks will directly cause damage to the building structure,accelerate the rate of steel corrosion inside the building,and reduce the seismic capacity of the building.Based on this,this paper analyzes the specific causes of the cracks in the cast-in-place concrete floor based on a construction project,and puts forward solutions in terms of the performance of concrete materials,reinforcement network protection,concrete recovery and maintenance,in order to ensure the quality and safety of the building project.
