摘要
浅埋近距离煤层上层采空区遗留煤柱对下部煤层开采的来压有显著影响,揭示这种异常矿压的机理,对安全开采具有重要意义。在统计分析神东矿区6个过煤柱开采工作面的矿压特征基础上,通过对哈拉沟煤矿12101工作面过倾向煤柱开采的物理模拟,研究了浅埋近距离下煤层过煤柱开采的矿压规律。结果表明,当下方工作面距离上方煤柱水平距离为10 m范围内时(间隔岩层厚度的0.83倍),开始受到上方煤柱集中应力的影响,出现了压力明显增高现象;进入煤柱后,应力持续增大;出煤柱(过空巷)时,应力达到最大值6731 kN/架。掌握这种矿压规律,可为浅埋近距离下煤层过倾向煤柱开采的顶板控制提供借鉴。
The left coal pillar in the upper goaf of shallow buried close distance coal seam has a significant impact on the mining of the lower coal seam.It is of great significance to study its strata behavior mechanism for safe mining.Based on the statistical analysis of the mine pressure characteristics of six working faces passing through coal pillars in Shendong mining area,through the physical simulation of No.12101 working face passing through inclined coal pillars in Halagou coal mine,the mine pressure law of shallow buried and close distance coal seam passing through coal pillars is studied.The results show that when the horizontal distance between the lower working face and the upper coal pillar is within 10 m(0.83 times of the thickness of the interval rock),the pressure increases obviously due to the influence of the concentrated stress of the upper coal pillar;when entering the coal pillar,the stress continues to increase;when leaving the coal pillar,the support stress reaches the maximum value of 6731 kN.The research can provide a reference for roof control of shallow buried and close distance working face passing through inclined coal pillar.
