摘要
目的探讨翻转式课堂在心脏彩超教学中的应用价值。方法随机选择本校2017级医学影像技术3年制1个班级40名学生作为研究对象。随机分为两组。对照组(20例),采用传统教学方式,实验组(20例)选用翻转课堂教学,通过考试成绩和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果实验组考试成绩为(85.44±9.55)分,高于对照组的(74.56±10.32)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示88.7%同学认为翻转课堂能够激发学生学习兴趣,有助于提高自主学习的能力。结论采用翻转课堂模式,让学生有目的提前预习,自主学习,相互讨论和总结,加深学生对本章知识的理解,再通过教师课堂上“理论联合实践”的答疑,使学生进一步掌握本章内容。
Objective To explore the application value of flipped classroom in the teaching of color Doppler echocardiography.Methods A total of 40 students from a 3-year class of 2017 medical imaging technology were randomly selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group(n=20),traditional teaching methods were used,and in the experimental group(n=20),flipped classroom teaching was used.Results The test score of the experimental group was(85.44±9.55),higher than that of the control group(74.56±10.32).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire showed that 88.7%of students think the flipped classroom was enough to stimulate students'interest in learning,and it was helpful to improve the ability of autonomous learning.Conclusion By using the flipped classroom model,students can preview in advance,study independently,discuss and summarize with each other,deepen their understanding of the knowledge of this chapter,and then through the teacher's"theory combined with practice"answer in the classroom,make students further master the content of this chapter.
