摘要
拆除施工作业是城市更新改造发展的重要环节。以一个实际改建项目的框架结构拆除施工为例,以确保安全施工和对环境及居民影响为目标,首先详细就总体的拆除思路、主体结构拆除技术路线进行了探讨,其次介绍了主体框架结构拆除的具体步骤,再次结合工程的实际特点就工程的安全和文明措施进行了分析,最后给出了新时期城市更新项目拆除施工作业进一步发展的建议。
Demolition construction is an important part in the development of urban renewal and transformation.Taking the frame structure demolition construction of an actual rebuilding project as an example,with the goal of ensuring safe construction and the impact on the environment and residents,firstly,it discusses in detail the overall demolition idea and the main structure demolition technical route.Secondly,it introduces the specific steps of the main frame structure demolition.Thirdly,combining the actual characteristics of the project,the safety and civilized measures of the project are analyzed.Finally,suggestions for the further development of the demolition construction work of the urban rebuilding projects in the new era are given.
