摘要
以城市更新理论为基础,分析中心城区大型医院改扩建项目中存在的场地狭小、周边环境影响复杂、原有院区功能分区不适应需求、流线设置急需优化、功能可拓展性差等问题。提出将BIM与中心城区大型医院改扩建项目结合,并以上海市第一人民医院眼科临床诊疗中心项目为例,分析BIM在该项目中的实施要点,为BIM技术应用到中心城区大型医院项目提供参考。
Based on urban renewal theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems in large-scale hospital reconstruction and extension projects in city center,such as narrow space,complex surroundings,unclear function zoning not meeting demands in original hospitals,streamline in need of optimization and poor function scalability,etc. Then,puts forward the combination of BIM and large-scale hospital reconstruction and extension projects in city center,and taking Shanghai Central Hospital ophthalmology health center project as an example,analyzes the key points of application of BIM,in order to provide reference for BIM technology applied to largescale hospital projects in city center.
