摘要
目的:编制本科护生安宁疗护能力测评问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:参考美国护理学院协会、安宁疗护教育联盟相关文件,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、专家小组会议、认知性访谈和预调查形成本科护生安宁疗护能力测评问卷,并对河南省198名本科护生进行调查,检测测评问卷信效度。结果:形成的本科护生安宁疗护能力测评问卷包括有效的照护技能(6个条目)、文化及伦理价值观(5个条目)、跨专业团队合作(5个条目)3个维度,共16个条目。测评问卷条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.83~1.00,总条目的内容效度指数(S-CVI)为0.96。探索性因子分析提取了3个公因子,累计方差贡献率70.737%。测评问卷总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.872,3个维度的Cronbach’sα系数依次为0.890,0.858和0.840。测评问卷重测信度为0.793,3个维度的重测信度依次为0.813,0.825和0.854。结论:编制的本科护生安宁疗护能力测评问卷具有良好的信效度和较强的适用性,可以用于本科护生安宁疗护教育的基线调查和效果评价。
Objective:To develop a questionnaire on palliative care ability of undergraduate nursing students and test its reliability and validity.Methods:Referring to relevant documents of American Association of Colleges of Nursing and End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium,questionnaire on palliative care ability of undergraduate nursing students was formed through literature review,semi-structured interview,expert group meeting,cognitive interview and pre-survey.There were 198 undergraduate nursing students in Henan Province,who were selected for questionnaire survey.And reliability and validity were tested.Results:The final questionnaire on palliative care ability of undergraduate nursing students included three dimensions with 16 items:effective nursing skills(six items),cultural and ethical values(five items),and transdisciplinary team cooperation(five items).The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)were from 0.83 to 1.00.The scale-content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.96.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,and cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.737%.The total Cronbach’sαcoefficient of questionnaire was 0.872.The Cronbach’sαcoefficients of three dimensions were 0.890,0.858 and 0.840,respectively.The test-retest reliability of questionnaire was 0.793.The test-retest reliability of three dimensions were 0.813,0.825 and 0.854,respectively.Conclusions:The developed questionnaire on palliative care ability of undergraduate nursing students had good reliability,validity and strong applicability.It could be applied for baseline investigation and effect evaluation of palliative care education.
