摘要
该文应用文献资料法,对当前高校体育专业学生的管理现状进行分析,发现存在的问题主要有:管理体系不完善、管理方法落后、管理人员配备不合理、管理人员之间联系不足。进而在学生发展、管理效果、个案社会工作方法的优势等方面,提出个案社会工作方法在高校体育专业学生的管理工作中应用的必要性,试图推动管理工作的改革创新和推动管理成效。
This paper analyzes the current management situation of college students majoring in physical education by using the method of literature and data,and f inds that the existing problems are as follows:imperfect management system,backward management methods,unreasonable management personnel,and insuff icient connection between management personnel.Then in the student development,the management effect,the case social work method's superiority and so on the aspect,proposed the case social work method in the university sports major student's management work application necessity,attempts to promote the management work reform innovation and promotes the management result.
