摘要
为了培养电气自动化专业创新型人才,适应社会发展需要,对电气自动化专业控制类课程教学中的创新型人才培养展开研究。概述了电气自动化专业创新型人才应具有扎实的基础知识、持续的创新能力和自主学习能力。分析了电气自动化专业创新型人才培养中存在的问题。从改变传统教学模式、明确教学方向、优化教学内容、丰富实习内容四方面提出创新型人才培养的有效策略。电气自动化创新型人才的培养提高了学生的创新能力,促进了学生的全面发展,使学生的专业能力能够满足社会发展的需要。
In order to train innovative talent training in electric automation specialty,and to adapt to the demand of social development,the research explores the innovative talent training in electric automation specialty control course teaching;summarizes that innovative talent in electric automation specialty should grasp strong basic knowledge,continuous innovative ability and autonomous learning ability;and analyzes the problems of innovative talent training in electric automation specialty.From four aspects,including changing traditional teaching model,defining teaching direction,optimizing teaching content and enriching internship content,effective strategies of innovative talent training are proposed.The training of innovative talent of electric automation specialty improves student innovative ability,and promote the student comprehensive development to make student professional ability to satisfy the demand of social development.
