摘要
文章介绍国医大师夏桂成教授对于黄体功能不全性不孕症病因病机的认识及诊治特色。夏桂成教授认为其主要病机是肾虚偏阳,夹有肝郁。治疗上重视补肾调周、心肾同调及情志疏导,形成了"调周""调轴"与"调神"相统一的诊疗理论,并创制了专方"补肾助孕汤",取得了满意的临床疗效,为中西医治疗黄体功能不全性不孕症提供了理论依据和全新思路。
The article introduces TCM master XIA Gui-cheng’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of infertility due to inadequate luteal function and the diagnosis and treatment characteristics.Professor XIA Gui-cheng believes that the main pathogenesis of this disease is that the deficiency of kidney tends to be yang deficiency,accompanied by liver depression.In the course of treatment,attention should be paid to kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating,joint regulation of the heart and kidney and emotional counseling,forming a unified diagnosis and treatment theory of‘regulating cycles’,‘regulating axis’and‘regulating spirit’,and creating a special prescription‘Bushen Zhuyun Decoction’,which has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy,providing a theoretical basis and a new idea for the treatment of infertility due to inadequate luteal function by Chinese and Western medicine.
