摘要 利用模流分析软件Moldflow对塑料仪表外壳进行了分析,通过对其结构分析来制定合理的浇口位置以及冷却水路。通过设计三因素三水平的正交试验,分析了熔体温度、填充压力以及开模时间对于制件翘曲变形的影响。结果表明:开模时间对翘曲影响最大,熔体温度次之,填充压力影响最小。通过正交试验方差分析,得出较优的工艺参数组合为A_(2)B_(2)C_(3),即熔体温度210℃、填充压力65%、开模时间5 s。最终优化后的制件翘曲量较未优化前降低了24.88%,说明优化后的工艺参数使塑件成型加工质量得到了改善。 By using the mold flow analysis software Moldflow,the plastic instrument shell was analyzed,and the reasonable gate position and cooling water path were established by analyzing its structure.The effects of melt temperature,filling pressure and opening time on warpage deformation of parts were analyzed by designing three factors and three levels orthogonal tests.The results show that the opening time has the greatest effect on warpage,the melt temperature is the second,and the filling pressure is the least.Through variance analysis of orthogonal test,the optimum combination of process parameters is A_(2)B_(2)C_(3),that is melt temperature 210℃,filling pressure 65%and die opening time 5s.Finally,the warpage of the optimized parts is reduced by 24.88%,which indicates that the optimized process parameters improve the machining quality of plastic forming.
