摘要
户外运动摄像机的塑料壳体具有抗震、抗摔和辅助防抖及清晰成像的功能,对相机的工作性能影响很大。以某品牌的户外运动摄像机为实例,基于计算机辅助技术,利用Moldflow软件设计了模具的浇注系统和冷却系统。采用正交试验法,通过极差分析和方差分析相结合的方式,研究了影响翘曲变形的主要因素,并优化了工艺参数。结果表明:熔体温度和充填压力对塑件的翘曲变形影响显著,优化后的工艺参数使所有效应造成的最大翘曲变形量降低了6.02%,翘曲变形得到了一定的改善。
The plastic shell of outdoor sports camera has the functions of anti-vibration,anti-fall,auxiliary anti-shake and clear imaging,which greatly affects the working performance of the camera.Taking a certain brand of outdoor sports camera as an example,based on computer-aided technology,the mold gating system and cooling system are designed using Moldflow software,and the orthogonal test method is used to combine range analysis and variance analysis to study the main factors affecting warpage deformation,and optimized the process parameters.The results show that the melt temperature and filling pressure have a significant effect on the warpage deformation of the plastic parts.The optimized process parameters reduce the maximum warpage deformation caused by all effects by 6.02%,and the warpage deformation has been improved to a certain extent.
