摘要
介绍利用ATOS激光流动测量仪对汽车风扇进行测量,获取风扇变形后的数据。按照实际的注射工艺条件,应用Moldflow软件对汽车风扇注射成型过程进行数值化模拟,并将模拟结果与测量结果进行比较,分析MPI的计算误差,对提高注射制品的精度、推广CAE技术在注射模具设计与制造过程中的应用具有十分重要的意义。
ATOS laser flow survey meter was used to measure the deformation data of automobile fan. Moldflow software was applied to numerically simulate the injection molding process of automobile fan according to actual technological conditions of injection forming. Comparison was made between simulation result and actual ones and the calculation error of MPI (Moldflow Plastics Insight) was analyzed. This will help to increase the precision of injection molding products and forward the application of CAE technology in design and manufacture process of injection mould.
