摘要
采用非均匀沉淀法+酸腐蚀法制备形貌规则、窄尺寸分布、超细、单分散的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒。首先,以硝酸铝、氨水为原腐蚀30 h后,制备出类球形、粒径分布为4~15 nm、平均颗粒尺寸9 nm、单分散的γ-Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒,解释了可能的反应机理。这种新颖的方法在工业化生产高质量γ-Al_(2)O_(3)纳米颗粒和制作热稳定性更高的催化剂载体等方面具有重要的指导意义。
Heterogeneous precipitation and acid corrosion methods were used to prepareγ-Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles with regular morphology,narrow size distribution,monodispersity and ultrafine grains.γ-Al_(2)O_(3) powders with ultrafine grains were prepared by calcining precursors at 750°C for 2 h,but also formed a certain amount of aggregates.The heterogeneous precipitation route was used to prepare precursors with ammonia and aluminium nitrate as raw materials.γ-Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles with a spheroid,an average size of 9 nm,a narrow size distribution from 4 to 15 nm and monodispersity were obtained by using 4 mol/L of hydrochloric acid to corrode agglomeratedγ-Al_(2)O_(3) powders.The possible reaction mechanism was also explained.This novel preparation technology will have an important guiding significance on the application of industrial production of high qualityγ-Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles and the preparation of catalyst supports with higher thermal stability.
