摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Al2O3,研究了基准盐种类及浓度、分散剂、沉淀剂、焙烧温度等因素对溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Al2O3粉体制备效果的影响。实验表明:选用浓度为0.02mol/L硝酸铝作为基准盐,分散剂选择聚乙二醇,沉淀剂选择氨水,干燥温度设定为75℃,焙烧温度设定为750℃。最终制得粒度50nm左右的超细粉体Al2O3。该方法操作简单、效果稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
Ultra -fine alumina was prepared by Sol -gel method, and effect of factors such as types and concentration of benchmark matter, disperser, precipitant, calcinations temperature were studied in this paper. Experiment results showed that, under the experiment conditions of using 0.02mol/L alu- minum nitrate as benchmark matter, polyethylene glycol as disperser, ammonium hydroxide as precipitant and calcinations temperature of 750℃, the aver- age size of the ultra - fine alumina powder could be about 50nm was prepared. The method is simple and stable, and has a good application in future.
