摘要
新高考改革推动我国高中育人模式发生变革,创新教学组织形式层面,推进选课走班是教学组织方式变革的重要内容。走班制的多年实践中,"多样"与"个性"一直是选课走班的特色与追寻,对二者进行探讨无疑有益于深化理解选课走班模式。因此,需要澄清"多样"与"个性"的内涵与思想指引,并基于"多样"与"个性"维度重新认识选课走班的双维架构;可以通过二者之间耦合协同的关联机理,实现选课走班的育人价值。
The new college entrance examination reform promotes the reform of educational way in senior high schools.Optional Class System is an important part of the reform of educational way in the aspect of innovative teaching organization form.Throughout the relevant experience of optional class system at home and abroad,the"diversity"and"individuality"have always been the characteristics and pursuit of optional class system,and the discussion of them is undoubtedly beneficial to a deeper understanding of optional class system.Therefore,understanding the connotation of"diversity"and"individuality",we should study how to understand the structure of optional class system under the dimensions of"diversity"and"individuality",what is the relationship between them and how to realize the educational value of optional class system.
