摘要
介绍了无取向电工钢连续退火涂层机组纯水高效利用技术。通过前后清洗段各循环槽和循环罐内纯水逐级溢流回收利用,并在末端利用前清洗高压喷淋罐内的纯水,进一步配置一定浓度的碱液,同时对后清洗向前清洗的输送泵的启动及停机条件、连锁条件进行调整优化,可做到后清洗纯水无溢流,完全输送到前清洗段,达到用水平衡,机组纯水利用率得到大幅提高。
The technology of high efficiency utilization of pure water in continuous annealing coating unit of non-oriented electrical steel was introduced in this paper.Through the gradual overflow recovery and utilization of pure water in each circulating tank and circulating tank in the pre-cleaning and post-cleaning section,and further using the pure water,which was in the high pressure spray tank before its utilization at the end,to configure a certain concentration of alkali,and meanwhile adjusting and optimizing the start-up and shut-down conditions of the tranfer pump from post-cleaning to pre-cleaning and the interlocking conditions,the post-cleaning pure water can be of no overflow and completely transport to the front cleaning section,achieving water balance,and greatly improving the rate of pure water utilization.
